Ladder Cable Trays
These trays are made with either swaged rounded tubular (aluminum or steel) or welded C-channel (steel) construction. They consist of two side rails connected by individual transverse rungs or crossbars. Ladder trays are among the most commonly used and cost-effective solutions, offering excellent ventilation for cables. We can also customize the trays based on client specifications, offering options such as:

Grey enamel paint or powder coating
Fabrication from pre-galvanized steel or hot-dip galvanized steel
Coating Options:

HDGI (Hot Dip Galvanized Iron): The zinc used in HDGI trays has 99.99% purity, making these trays ideal for outdoor or harsh industrial environments, including coastal or high-moisture areas. The hot-dip galvanization process provides long-lasting corrosion protection.

Powder Coated: Recommended for indoor environments and areas not exposed to direct sunlight, as prolonged heat exposure may cause peeling or fading. Powder-coated trays provide a smooth, attractive finish and are particularly suitable for high-moisture indoor environments, such as coastal areas, due to their non-conductive properties.

GI (Galvanized Iron): Widely used in about 70% of industrial applications, GI trays are cost-effective and offer protection against various environmental chemicals. Although they have a shorter lifespan than HDGI trays due to a thinner coating, they are still a solid option for many general industrial uses. The coating also has a self-healing quality in case of damage from cuts or scratches.
